RheumaNext R2 — English video text description (70 seconds) This silent video shows the actual English-language prototype interface using synthetic data. Narrative captions are burned into the picture. The story follows prepared case V2-CONSULT-01 through one Companion ↔ Clinic Assistant workflow. User actions transfer information in the memory of one local session; this is not remote communication between accounts or an integration with medical records. Demonstration prototype, not for clinical use or medical records. 00:00–00:06 — Information before the visit RheumaNext introduces the shared Companion and Clinic Assistant workflow for patients and rheumatologists. The actual prototype interface shows how prepared information is organised before a consultation. 00:06–00:11 — A prepared description and a specific gap Companion shows synthetic case V2-CONSULT-01: hand pain, morning stiffness and their effect on everyday activities. The patient has not specified how long the stiffness lasts. Missing information is not treated as a negative answer. 00:11–00:16 — Transferring the material The user clicks the transfer button for Clinic Assistant. The material reaches the clinician’s view within the same local demonstration session; a receipt appears after the user action. 00:16–00:21 — The clinician’s summary Clinic Assistant shows a summary of the same case and confirms receipt of the material from Companion. The entries retain their sources and review states. 00:21–00:25 — Checking the source The clinician opens the source information. The entry’s origin and review state are visible. Displaying a source does not mean the information has been independently confirmed. 00:25–00:30 — Asking about stiffness duration The clinician notices that morning stiffness duration is missing and opens the available question in Companion. The question asks for that specific detail. 00:30–00:34 — The question in Companion The perspective switches to the patient. Companion displays: “How long does morning stiffness in your hands last after waking?” This example uses a prepared synthetic response. 00:34–00:37 — Adding the prepared response Clicking the available button adds: “About 45 minutes after waking.” This is a new entry based on the patient’s observation; it does not replace the original description. 00:37–00:39 — Returning the update Another click transfers the response from Companion to Clinic Assistant. This action updates the material in the clinician’s view. 00:39–00:41 — The updated summary Clinic Assistant shows the summary after the response arrives. Stiffness duration is now available, while the original information remains accessible. 00:41–00:43 — The original entry is preserved The original description is visible: “I mainly notice stiffness in the morning. I have not recorded how long it lasts.” The response has not overwritten it. 00:43–00:45 — A separate response entry The new information reads: “About 45 minutes after waking.” The update retains its own source, so the original description and later response remain distinguishable. 00:45–00:49 — Reviewing the consultation purpose The clinician records a review of the consultation purpose. This action concerns that field; it does not approve an entire medical record or establish that all the information is true. 00:49–00:53 — A local draft The clinician saves a draft for discussion within this session. The draft becomes part of the working material for review. Decisions stay with the clinician. 00:53–00:56 — Preparing the export The export view provides the current material: the response, preserved original, sources and saved draft. This is working material for review. 00:56–00:58 — Downloading TXT Clicking “Download TXT” saves an actual file containing the current material. The film shows this available action being performed. 00:58–01:03 — The downloaded file The downloaded TXT file is opened in the browser. The visible passage includes the response of about 45 minutes. The export also retains the original description, sources and local draft. 01:03–01:10 — The summary and next step The summary has been updated, and the material remains available for review. The closing invites viewers to try the interactive demo. Text inside the video is not clickable; a working button is provided below the video on the page.
