The connected workflow transfers the summary, information and gaps from a specific case.
FOR CLINICIANS
Clinic Assistant structures the information review: what is known, where it comes from and what still needs a question. The original information remains available alongside the update and the review record.

Trace an entry’s source. Identify missing information and return to Companion to supply the prepared answer.
Receive the update, compare it with the original entry and carry out the available review actions.
The connected workflow covers preparing and receiving information, identifying a gap, returning an answer and preparing material for verification. Confirming an entry records a review action; it does not prove the information is true.
Sources, updates and clinician actions are separate elements. The product does not offer transcription, EHR integration or automatic approval of medical records.
RheumaCheck shows how changing symptoms affects consultation signals, reasoning and missing information.
RheumaCare requires a context of diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis and treatment history. In the prepared example, a missing tuberculosis assessment withholds the option map. It does not select the best drug.
The available examples are synthetic. They are not for assessing real people, creating medical records or making treatment decisions. Clinician verification within this workflow does not remove those restrictions.
