RheumaNext PL

FOR PARTNERS AND INVESTORS

The first workflow: visit preparation and review.

RheumaNext develops specialist tools for rheumatology. The starting point is a specific clinic problem: bring fragmented information together before a visit and let the clinician review it in a structured way.

01

Users

The person preparing for a consultation and the rheumatologist reviewing the material before and during the visit.

02

First potential buyer

A rheumatology clinic or an individual clinician. The hypothesis is paid access to visit preparation and review tools; this is not a statement of existing revenue.

03

Next measurable step

A usability evaluation using synthetic scenarios: workflow completion, recognition of gaps, accurate source tracing and understanding of updates. The study scope remains to be agreed.

What works today

Companion prepares a summary. Clinic Assistant receives that material and lets the user review sources, identify a gap and receive an update. They share a workflow within one browser session.

RheumaCheck receives symptoms from Companion and recalculates gaps after an update. Assessment for this new case remains withheld by scope, safety and registration requirements. RheumaCare recalculates a separate RA case after prepared tuberculosis information is added. Polish and English views and sources are available.

Distinctive features you can inspect

Versioned rules and reproducible results; sources available during review; explicit gaps; original information retained after an update.

RheumaCheck shows how inputs affect its result. RheumaCare can withhold the option map when required information is missing. These are product behaviours, not evidence of clinical superiority.

Business hypothesis

An initial offering could provide clinics or individual clinicians with access to visit preparation and review tools. Pricing structure, service scope and conditions of future use need to be explored with potential buyers.

We do not present unmeasured time savings, revenue forecasts or effectiveness claims. The current website provides controlled examples, with no payments or patient-data workflow.

Documented progress

Four versioned products and records of earlier reviews exist: Companion 0.4.2, Clinic Assistant 0.1.8, RheumaCheck 0.1.5 and RheumaCare 0.1.3. The technology page explains the registers’ scope and historical gaps.

V2 adds a connected information workflow using synthetic data. This is a new product layer, separate from historical core acceptances. A working prototype and review records do not establish clinical effectiveness or market demand.

Founder and purpose of support

Bartosz Fiałek — a physician, rheumatology specialist and creator of RheumaNext — defines the product’s specialist context. RheumaNext remains a project operated in his personal capacity.

We welcome conversations about usability evaluation with clinics, study design and product development. An investment discussion can address the resources needed for these stages; it is not an offer with a set valuation or funding amount.

Further stages

Full assessment of the new case by RheumaCheck requires scope and safety information plus separate input review and registration. Working with real data, clinical pilots, medical-record integration and effectiveness evaluation require separate assessments and decisions.

Next Best Therapy remains a development direction. Current RheumaCare does not choose or rank the best drug.
