Portal terms of use

The portal lets you explore Companion, Clinic Assistant, RheumaCheck and RheumaCare using ready-made fictional cases. These terms explain the available features, how to use them and how to report a problem.

1. Operator and contact

RheumaNext is operated and created by Bartosz Fiałek in his personal capacity. RheumaNext is a project, not a company.

Correspondence address: ul. Żołnierzy I Armii Wojska Polskiego 10 lok. B6, 81-383 Gdynia.

For contact, error reports and personal-data enquiries or requests, use bfialek@rheumanext.pl. Only I personally handle this mailbox.

2. Portal scope

The portal explains four RheumaNext products through ready-made synthetic cases. Companion organises pre-visit information, Clinic Assistant demonstrates review and correction, RheumaCheck applies explicit symptom rules, and RheumaCare presents context and option constraints.

This version provides no registration, login, payments, orders or medical-data forms. In the connected v2 workflow, the user transfers synthetic material and updates between Companion and Clinic Assistant in the same page’s memory. RheumaCheck recalculates transferred symptoms, while RheumaCare recalculates a separate prepared RA case. Standalone examples do not receive that state. It is not saved to a server. Resetting, reloading and switching language restart the workflow. The former educational library, pharmacogenomics and osteoporosis materials, and calculators are no longer publicly available.

3. Starting and ending use

Access to information and demonstrations is free, with no registration or payment. Starting to use a feature means using it under these terms. You may stop at any time by leaving the page, with no notice or fee. This does not create an agreement for treatment or healthcare.

4. Using the demonstrations

Choose a ready-made example, read its result and expand the sources and limitations. In Clinic Assistant, you can perform the supplied review or correction action. Reset restores the first ready-made example and clears review actions. Switching language preserves the selection but clears the actions performed.

Do not enter or import information about real people. Do not include medical data in messages about the portal. Use only the supplied cases identified as synthetic.

5. Meaning and limitations of results

Results explain how the prototypes work. Do not use them to assess real people, diagnose, determine urgency, choose treatment or create medical records. RheumaCare does not select or rank the best drug.

A clinician’s review of information in a demonstration is a simulated action. It does not remove the product’s limits. Technical tests and synthetic-version acceptances do not establish clinical validation, regulatory qualification or pilot authorisation. Historical evidence limitations remain described on the technology and evidence page.

6. Copying, downloading and printing

You may copy a readable report, download the connected v2 workflow material as a TXT file, use the browser’s print function and download the exact RheumaCare JSON document. The core JSON retains its own identity and historical statuses; it does not add a new owner acceptance.

Retain the received result’s fictional-data labels, version and use restrictions. Copying or printing does not change the demonstration’s purpose. Copied content and saved files remain outside the application and are not removed by reset.

7. Technical requirements and security

You need an internet connection and a current browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript. JavaScript is required for the demonstrations. Copying, downloading and printing also depend on browser and device settings. You do not need to install a separate application or create an account.

Common internet risks include impersonation of websites and malicious attachments. Check the rheumanext.pl address, keep software up to date and do not send medical information through the project’s contact channel.

If a result does not load, use the available retry option or reload the page. Do not treat an incomplete screen or error message as the example’s result. Features may require browser permission to use the clipboard, save or print.

8. Responsible use

Do not provide unlawful content, try to bypass security or disrupt the website. Results and exports concern fictional cases; retain their labels and limitations. Do not use them as medical records, a diagnosis or a basis for treating a real person.

These terms do not exclude or restrict liability or user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Describing the products’ demonstration scope does not replace medical assessment or assure readiness for clinical use.

9. Error reports and complaints

Send error reports and complaints about the portal to bfialek@rheumanext.pl or the correspondence address. Describe the problem and provide a way to reply. The page address, synthetic example name, browser and approximate time are helpful, but you may submit a report without all of them. Do not attach real patient information.

I will reply to a complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt, by email or letter. The reply will explain the findings and how the matter is being resolved. If further information is needed, I will request it promptly; this does not limit statutory deadlines or rights. Personal-data requests follow the deadlines in the privacy policy.

10. Sources, links and rights in materials

Results identify sources and rule limitations. A bibliographic link does not recommend applying a result to a particular person. External websites have their own terms and privacy arrangements.

You may explore the tools and retain a supplied result with its fictional-data labels and limitations intact. Do not remove attribution or present the material as a result about a real person. Rights in cited publications and external materials belong to their respective rightsholders; applicable licences and statutory user rights apply.

11. Privacy

The privacy policy at https://rheumanext.pl/en/privacy/ explains data processing associated with website visits and correspondence. Send personal-data enquiries and requests to bfialek@rheumanext.pl or the correspondence address.

12. Terms version and further development

Document version: RN-V2-LEGAL-PUBLIC-1. Effective date: 9 September 2026. The synthetic-workflow description was updated for the RheumaNext v2 R1 release dated 10 September 2026.

The current terms are available on this page and may be saved or printed through your browser. Changes and their effective date will be published here. They do not apply retrospectively or remove rights arising from earlier use. Any expansion beyond synthetic demonstrations requires separate terms.

The portal does not provide a sales process for clinical services. Further development, research, pilots and any use of real-person data require separate arrangements and are outside these demonstrations.
