For product enquiries, describe your topic and area of interest. To report an error, include the page address, synthetic example name, browser and a short description of the problem. Use the same address for privacy enquiries and requests.
No medical information
Do not send symptoms, test results, medical records or information that could identify a patient.
The email link opens your email application. The website itself does not send a message. Personal handling of the mailbox by the project’s creator does not exclude technical processing of messages by the email provider.
